Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi & Nairobi National Park

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you will be welcomed by your guide. Enjoy a game drive in Nairobi National Park, the only national park located within a capital city. Look out for lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, ostriches, and many other wildlife species.

Overnight: Nairobi

Day 2 – Nairobi to Mount Kenya

After breakfast, drive through Kenya’s scenic central highlands to the Mount Kenya region. Spend the afternoon relaxing or enjoying optional activities such as nature walks, horse riding, or visiting the animal orphanage (depending on your lodge).

Day 3 – Mount Kenya to Meru National Park

After breakfast, continue to Meru National Park, one of Kenya’s hidden safari gems. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through diverse landscapes of rivers, grasslands, and acacia woodlands, home to elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.

Day 4 – Full-Day Safari in Meru National Park

Spend the day exploring Meru National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit the rhino sanctuary and search for rare northern species such as Grevy’s zebras, reticulated giraffes, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostriches. Families will enjoy the park’s quieter atmosphere and excellent wildlife viewing.

Day 5 – Meru National Park to Nairobi

Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast. Afterwards, depart for Nairobi with scenic stops along the way. Arrive in the afternoon for your onward flight or hotel drop-off.
