Nairobi – Tree Hotel
Arrival, are picked up and driven to Mt Kenya in time for lunch. Drive through the forest to the tree hotel (Ark, Treetops, or Mountain lodge) and spend the night, comfortably watching forest game as it comes to the floodlit waterhole and salt lick below. Dinner & Overnight at Tree Hotel.

After breakfast drive north to reach Samburu, which lies on the edge of the vast semi-desert lands of northern Kenya, in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive will introduce you to the animals which are peculiar to the area the reticulated giraffe, Grevys zebra and Somali ostrich. Dinner & Overnight at Sopa Lodge.

This will be two days in Samburu sampling this harshly beautiful reserve where game abounds, especially in the forested fringes on the Uaso Nyiro River which flows gently through the dry landscape. Lunch is followed by another game drive. Dinner & OverGiraffes – Samburu night at Lodge.

A morning game drive in this wild but splendid reserve. Continue to Meru National Park arriving in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Meru National Park achieved worldwide fame with its association to Joy Adamson’s Born Free. The film chronicled the rehabilitation of Elsa the lioness as she was re-introduced to the Kenyan wilderness. The park has a wide range of wildlife including elephant, hippopotamus, lion, leopard, cheetah, reticulated giraffe, and zebra. After breakfast return to Nairobi via Naro Moru for lunch then proceed to Nairobi to arrive early evening.
